Parnell-Trent Alan Krakow was born January 9, 1991 in Iowa City, Iowa, the son of Scott and Ann (Murphy) Krakow. Trent was a Sophomore at Williamsburg High School. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing soccer and being with friends. Trent died Sunday, October 15, 2006 at his home after an accidental gunshot wound at the age of 15 years. He is survived by his parents: Scott and Ann Krakow of Parnell; a sister: Kacey (John) Boone of Blairstown; a brother: Andy Lillis of North Liberty; two nephews: Gavin and Brayden and his grandparents: Dale and Karol Krakow and Nancy Krakow all of Marengo. Funeral Mass will be 10:00 am Friday, October 20, 2006 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Williamsburg. Fr. Pat Lumsden will officiate. Burial will be in the St. Joseph Cemetery in Parnell. Visitation will be from 4 to 8:00 pm on Thursday at the Uhlmann-Powell Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Williamsburg where there will be a prayer service at 8:00pm.
