(Swarts) Rukgaber. He graduated from West Burlington School District. On October 8, 1994, he married Pamela Krieger Kongable at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Dodgeville, IA. Tim began working at Naifeh's Grocery Store in Burlington where he was a manager for four years. For the last 25 years he worked at the Wal-Mart Distribution Center in Mt. Pleasant where he was a P.E. Driver. An avid motorcycle fan, he enjoyed taking rides and attending late model races where he was on Pallister's Crew for many years. He was skilled at woodworking and construction and could build anything. Tim was meticulous with his care of his lawn. He enjoyed following his daughters' events and playing with his dog, Maddie. A member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of Dodgeville, one of his greatest pleasures was helping someone else. Survivors include his wife, Pamela, of Mt. Union; two daughters, Alissa Kongable of Mt. Pleasant and Sarah Rukgaber of Mt. Union; his mother, Pat Rukgaber; a brother, Terry (Dora) Rukgaber; and a sister Sue (Rob) Klein all of West Burlington; and his in-laws, Jerry and Barb Krieger of Sperry, IA. Preceding Tim in death were his father, Charles; and his grandparents.
