Steve B. Dulaney

Harper- Steve Boyd Dulaney was born November 26, 1949, in Pine Grove, West Virginia. He was the son of James Wilson & Freda Bell (Kirkpatrick) Dulaney. He served in the United States Army during Vietnam. On January 5, 1970, Steve was united in marriage to Delma Jean Oldaker in New Cumberland, WV. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and woodworking. Steve died on Thursday, September 10, 2015 at the Veterans Medical Center, Iowa City, at the age of 65 years.

He is survived by his wife Delma of Harper; four children: Steve (Taris) Dulaney of South English, Tom (Laura) Dulaney of Wauseon, OH, Robert Dulaney of Harper and Tiffany Dulaney of Wellsburg, WV; 14 grandchildren; his mother Freda of Weirton, WV; five sisters Pearl Ryan, Diane Showalter and Evelyn Dulaney all of Weirton, WV, Ellen Showalter of OH, and Terri Dennis of IN; and two brothers: John Dulaney of Colliers, WV and Ronald Dulaney of Weirton, WV. He was preceded by his father James Dulaney and a son John Dulaney.
