Sandra Kay Millice

WELLMAN - Sandra Kay Millice was born August 3, 1971 in Detroit, Michigan, the daughter of Richard and Rosemary (St. Clair) Brewer. Her family moved to New Mexico and then to Florida. Sandra has lived in Iowa since 1989. On May 17, 1997 Sandra was united in marriage to Mark Millice at the Asbury United Methodist Church in Wellman. She enjoyed spending time with her family, reading and puzzles. She was a member of the Asbury United Methodist Church. Sandra passed away unexpectedly on Monday, April 10, 2017 at her home in Wellman at the age of 45 years.
Sandra is survived by her husband Mark of Wellman; 3 daughters Rochelle (James) England of Texas, Kristina Millice of Wellman, Breanna Millice of Wellman, 2 sons Devin Ulin of Washington, Jon (Heather) Phillips of Wellman; 7 grandchildren Evan, Lucas, Wyatt Phillips, Kaedince, Jamie, Jade, Isabel England; 4 brothers Thomas Brewer of Michigan, Stephen (Sandy) Brewer of Tama, Randy Brewer of Tama, Leo Brewer of Bradenton, Florida, and a sister Brenda Watkins of Wellman. She was preceded in death by her parents,2 brothers Richard and Sam, and a sister Debra Snow.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, April 14, 2017, at the Asbury United Methodist Church in Wellman. Pastor Moody Colorado will officiate. Burial will be in the Wellman Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4-7 PM on Thursday, April 13, 2017 at the Powell Funeral Home in Wellman. A general memorial fund has been established.
