Milo J. Heisdorffer was born August 1, 1915 near Keota, Iowa, the son of Michael and Mary (Redlinger) Heisdorffer. He graduated from Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic School. On February 19, 1946 he was united in marriage to Betty Sparks in What Cheer. They lived and farmed in the Keota community all of their married life. He was a member of the Holy Trinity Parish Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. He enjoyed playing cards and visiting with friends and family. Milo died on Friday, August 12, 2005 at the Maplewood Manor Keota following a lingering illness at the age of 90 years. Milo is survived by his wife Betty of Keota; a daughter - Linda Baugher and husband Jim of Lucerne, Missouri; a son - John Heisdorffer and wife Deanna of Keota; 4 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; 4 brothers - Harry, Alvie, Leo, Edward; and 2 sisters - Gertrude Henry and Valburga Heisdorffer.
A General Memorial Fund has been established.
