Lydia Miller was born April 9, 1929 near Kalona, Iowa the daughter of David and Fannie (Ropp) Miller. She was baptized in her youth and was a member of the Amish Church of Pinecraft in Sarasota. Lydia died on Monday, June 15, 2009, at Doctors Hospital in Sarasota, Florida at the age of 80 years, 2 months and 6 days. She is survived by 3 brothers - Harley Miller and wife Clara of Seymour, MO; William Miller and wife Mattie of Spencer, WI; Raymond Miller and wife Mary of Kokomo, IN; 2 sisters - Mary Miller and Ellen Miller of Sarasota, FL; 31 nieces and nephews; 131 great nieces and nephews; and 17 great great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother Manass Miller; and 2 sisters - Christina Miller and Esther Miller.
