Wellman-Tiffany Lee Klinetobe was born August 18, 1979 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, the daughter of Angelo "Tony" and Eloise (Parmley) Ramirez. She graduated from Vermillion High School in Vermillion, South Dakota and attended the University of South Dakota and Kirkwood College in Iowa. Tiffany was united in marriage to Joshua Klinetobe on February 25, 1998 in Vermillion. Tiffany lived in Vermillion until 2003 when she moved to Wellman to be close to her parents. Tiffany died Thursday, March 20, 2008 in an auto accident south of Wellman at the age of 28 years. She is survived by her parents: Tony and Eloise Ramirez; her children: Harmony, Shawn and Joslyn all of Wellman; her husband Joshua of Sioux Falls, South Dakota; seven brothers and sisters: Darla Doop of Brookings SD, Twyla Blake of Sioux Falls, SD, Laura Zapata of Jasper Minnesota, Anthony Ramirez of Cedar Rapids, Chasity Morgan of Houston, Texas, Raven Angel of Iowa City, Angelo Ramirez of Sharon Center; a grandmother: Harriet Parmley of Chancellar, SD. She was preceded in death by a brother: Brandon. Celebration of Life Service will be 2:00 PM Monday, March 24, 2008 at the Powell Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Wellman.
