Williamsburg-Kimberly Kay (Wiseman) Decker was born November 21, 1958, to Alvin and Betty Lou (Primley) Wiseman. She grew up in Millersburg and later settled in Williamsburg. She worked at Quantum Plastics in Victor. Kim enjoyed spending time with family, watching westerns and puttering around the yard. She will be remembered for being sassy, quick to laugh, big hearted and compassionate, which shows through her gift of being an organ and tissue donor. Kim died Wednesday, January 29, 2025 at Compass Memorial Hospital in Marengo at the age of 66 years.
She is survived by two daughters, Kelly (Brett) Allen of Marion and Amber (Ross Fetzer) Decker of Williamsburg; two grandchildren, Allison (Cole Hovey) Lupkes and Cassidy Panther; a great granddaughter Reagan Hovey; brother, Rick (Jolene) Wiseman; many nieces and nephews, and bonus daughter Abby Doehrmann. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Randy Wiseman and sister Lori Wiseman.
