Jorge Paz Rodriguez

Jorge Paz Rodriguez, age 49 passed away Sunday, July 25, 2021, at his home in Brooklyn. Services will be at a later date in Mexico. Kloster Funeral Home, Brooklyn is assisting the family.

Jorge came into this world on November 12, 1971 in Tototlan, Jalisco, Mexico, as the son of Alfredo Paz Torres and Gillermina Rodriguez. He graduated from high school and attended college, receiving a degree in bookkeeping. Jorge came to the United States pursuing his own American dream. He worked very hard for this. He was a loyal milker at Bear Creek Dairy in Brooklyn, Iowa for 11 years, as head of the milk parlor. He had worked at Victor Plastics, Victor, Iowa, and Milk Source in Blairstown, Iowa. Jorge was a devote member of the Catholic faith, and worshiped Our Lady of Guadelupe. He enjoyed the holidays and its decorations. He loved to dance, and was a loyal friend to many.

Jorge is survived by his parents, Alfredo and Gillermina, both of Mexico; three sisters, Leticia, Maria, and Alejandra, and brothers, Angel, Alfredo II, Osvaldo and Marcos. Also surviving are two nephews, Alfredo III and Bryan, a niece Gisella, and very special friends, the Boelen family of Brooklyn.
