SIGOURNEY-Jingles Waterman, age 60, of Sigourney, died Monday, August 29, 2022, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.

            Jingles was born September 5, 1961, in Waterloo, Iowa, to Les and Arlene (Vaughn) Pritchard.  Her parents divorced and she was raised by her mother and Kenny Cummins.   Jingles attended Central Community Schools in Elkader.  She was married to Glenn Waterman and they lived in several towns in Iowa.  A force to be reckoned with, Jingles enjoyed buckskinning, playing Native American flutes, dancing, tatting, her family and helping people.

            Survivors include two children: Cassidy (Dee) Voss of El Mirage, Arizona and Christina Robbins of Sigourney; seven grandchildren: Justice and Raven Robbins-Waterman, Amari, Davon and Quentin Johnson-Voss and Curtis and Hailey Wilkins; sister: Connie Reinhardt of McGregor and brothers: Joe Pritchard of Seattle, Washington and David Pritchard.  She was preceded in death by her mother and dad: Arlene and Kenny Cumminns and husband: Glenn Waterman.

 

            Memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 9, 2022, at First Baptist Church in Sigourney, with Pastor Joe Hohenshell officiating.  There will be no visitation.
