North English- Jase Nicholas Holden was born July 22, 2008 in Iowa City, Iowa, the son of Rebecca Lyn Holden. He attended English Valley Elementary in North English. Jase enjoyed listening to music, playing with toys that vibrate and being read too. Jase died Saturday, May 24, 2014 at his home near North English at the age of 5 years. He is survived by his mother: Becci; grandparents: Rick and Kathy Holden; aunts and uncles: Michael and Nikki Holden all of North English and Rob and Effie Redig of Parnell and a number of cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by great grandparents: Edwin and Alice Holden and Larry and Betty Redig. Celebration of Life Service will be 10:30 am on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at the English Valley Gymnasium in North English. Visitation will be 4:00 to 7:00 pm at the Powell Funeral Home in North English. A memorial fund has been established for Jase Holden Funeral Fund.
