Hunter Ray Starr

Hunter Ray Starr, infant son of Jake Starr and Chelsea Branch of Mt. Pleasant, IA, was stillborn on Tuesday, August 26, 2008, at the Henry County Health Center in Mt Pleasant, Iowa. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 28, 2008, at the Cottonwood Cemetery, west of Wayland, IA, with Pastor Monte Knudsen officiating. The Olson - Powell Memorial Chapel of Mt. Pleasant is in charge of arrangements. Hunter is survived by his parents, Jake Starr and Chelsea Branch of Mt. Pleasant, IA, and a sister, Chloe Marie Starr of Mt. Pleasant, IA. He is also survived by paternal grandparents, Rex Starr and Linda (Mike) Watson all of Mt. Pleasant, IA; maternal grandparents, Tony (Becky) Branch and Michelle (Randy) Sperry, all of Mt. Pleasant, IA; great-grandparents, Dick and Phyllis McGohan and Ferne Hill, all of Mt. Pleasant, IA; along with great-grandmothers, Barb Flanagan of Washington, IA and Barb Starr of Wayland, IA; and great-great-grandmother, Helen Knerr of Washington, IA. He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins. Hunter was preceded in death by his great-great grandparents and two twin uncles, Dustin and Harley Watson.
