Gerald E. Hall

Gerald E. Hall, age 97, of Brooklyn, passed away Friday, February 23, 2024, at Brooklyn Community Estate, Brooklyn. Private family graveside service, with interment, will be held at Brooklyn Memorial Cemetery, Brooklyn. Memorials may be directed to the family. Kloster Funeral Home, Brooklyn is assisting the family with arrangements.

Gerald is survived by his son Blair (Deana) Hall, of Brooklyn; a grandson Neil (Emmie) Hall, of Brooklyn and three great-grandchildren. Gerald was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Evelyn in 2019, a brother Lloyd and three sisters, Mildred Long, Francis Schinkel and Dorothy Wheeler.

Gerald was born October 12, 1926, in rural Brooklyn, the son of Leonard and Bertha Hall. He was united in marriage to Evelyn on December 14, 1948, at the First Presbyterian Church, in Brooklyn. Gerald farmed during his working years. When Gerald and Evelyn retired, they enjoyed gardening and spending time with their family.
