Holbrook- Erlene Catherine Lehn was born November 19, 1937 in Marceline, Missouri, the daughter of Orville "Bud" & Evelyn Elizabeth (Wehner) Chrisman. She graduated in 1955 from Williamsburg High School. On April 11, 1959, she was united in marriage to Harold Lehn at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Holbrook. She was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church, Holbrook, St. Mary's Catholic Church, Williamsburg and the Altar & Rosary Society. She enjoyed camping, attending horse shows, singing, dancing and crocheting. Erlene died on Thursday, November 3, 2011, at the English Valley Care Center, North English at the age of 73 years. She is survived by her husband Harold of Parnell; children: Deb (Bob) Thurman of Waterloo, Bob Lehn of Parnell, Julie Lehn of Phoenix, AZ and Amy Lehn of Williamsburg; 7 grandchildren; and a sister Jean (Mike) Koenighain of Williamsburg. She was preceded in death by her parents and a granddaughter Christina Thurman. Funeral Mass will be held10:30 A.M. on Monday, November 7, 2011, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Williamsburg. Fr. Joseph Roost will officiate. Burial will be in the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Williamsburg. Visitation will be on Sunday, from 3-6 P. M. at the Powell Funeral Home, Williamsburg, where there will be a prayer service at 3:00 P. M. A general memorial fund has been established.
