Donald Eugene Haley

Keota-Donald Eugene Haley was born April 4, 1944, in Marianna, Arkansas, the son of Carl and Laura (Starrett) Haley.  He graduated from Malvern High School and attended Henderson State Teachers College.  Donald was united in marriage to Judy Baugh on November 4, 1969, in Cabot, Arkansas.   The couple lived in Holly Hills, South Carolina until moving to Keota a few weeks ago.  Donald enjoyed computers and horse racing.  Donald died Saturday, November 25, 2023, at his home at the age of 79 years.

He is survived by his daughter, Rebecca (William) Ross of Keota; a son-in-law, David Knight of London, England; two grandchildren Ashlyn Ross and Dustin Ross; a great grandson, Johnathon Adams all of Keota and a brother John Haley. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Judy on November 12, 2023, daughter Laura Knight, a grandson D.J. Haley and three brothers Bubba, Wilmore Haley and Sunny Marret.
