Dirk J. Rathjen

Dirk J. Rathjen, age 64, of Marengo, passed away Monday, December 25, 2023, from complications of an automobile accident. Private memorial services may be held at a later date. Burial will be in the Marengo Cemetery, Marengo. Kloster Funeral Home, Marengo is assisting the family with arrangements.

Dirk is survived by his aunts, Donna Collingwood, Jolayne Kraft, Janet Zahrt and Vickie Rathjen; numerous cousins, Steve, Jeff, Todd, Kyle, Kirk, and Kourtney Rathjen, Kris Bell, Lynette Collingwood Wooster, Kevin Collingwood, Teresa Zahrt Haile, Lori Zahrt Wahl, Laurinda Kraft, and Cynthia Kraft Jacobs, and good friends, Todd Roberts, and Ty Ward.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Daren and Angela (Mitchell) Rathjen, and a cousin Denny Rathjen.
