Denise Dawn Rosenberger was born June 28, 1955 in Greeley, Colorado the daughter of John and Rose (Robinson) Dillard. She graduated from Deep River Millersburg High School and Mc Kendree College in southern Illinois with a degree in computer science. She spent 23 years in the United States Air Force where she spent 4 years as an Avionics Technician for Air Force aircraft, then retrained as a computer programmer. Her tours of duty included Germany and Italy. While in Germany she met Robin Rosenberger in 1984 and they later married on May 26, 1986 in Silverdale, Washington. She received a NATO medal for her tour in Italy. She also received the Air Force Meritorious Service medal. During her career with the Air Force she rose to the rank of Master Sergeant. Denise retired from active duty on October 1, 1997. She then worked for a Defense Contractor. She was a member of the Toastmaster's. After her father's death in 1999 Denise and Rob made a career change and moved to Wellman to be close to her mother. Denise died suddenly on Friday, July 29, 2005 at her home in Wellman at the age of 50 years. Denise is survived by her husband Robin of Wellman; her mother - Rose Dillard of Wellman; a brother - Douglas Dillard and wife Maryann and son Sean of Gainesville, Florida; her mother-in-law Linda Hewitt and husband Jim of Crossville, Tennessee; and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by her father.
