David Walshire

Mr. David Walshire, 64, of Mt. Pleasant, IA, passed away Sunday, July 13, 2008, at the Henry County Health Center. There is no visitation or services planned. His body has been cremated. Born, April 19, 1944, in Iowa City, Iowa, David Edward Walshire, was the son of Lawrence D. and Margaret L. High Walshire. David married Kathleen Krasek in 1962, in Boscobel, Wisconsin. She survives. Mr. Walshire was employed as a factory worker. The hobbie he most enjoyed was watching television. Along with his wife Kathleen, of Austin, Texas, survivors include one son, Matthew Walshire of West Branch, Iowa, and one daughter, Tammy Walshire of Austin, Texas. David was preceded in death by his parents. The Olson-Powell Memorial Chapel is in charge of handling the arrangements.
