Danny Charles Myers

Williamsburg-Danny Charles Myers was born February 2, 1950 in Oskaloosa, Iowa, the son of Leslie and Gladys (Taylor) Myers. He graduated from Eddyville High School. He served in the National Guard. Danny was united in marriage to Deanne Kadlec on July 30, 2011 at their home in Fremont, Iowa. Danny work the agricultural business in chemical application for 45 years. He enjoyed target practice with his son and spending time with family. Danny passed away on Sunday, February 7, 2021 at his home in Williamsburg at the age of 71.

He is survived by his wife Deanne of Williamsburg; a son, Eric (Pam) Myers of Missouri Valley, Iowa; a grandson, Spencer Myer; two step-daughters, Jessica (Dave) Tisl of Ankeny and Katie (Jason) Blahnik of Cedar Rapids; four step grandchildren, Elliott and Lucas Blanhnik, Benjamin and Emmaline Tisl; a brother, Don (Linda) Myers of Pryor, Oklahoma and a brother-in-law, Dan (Sally) Kadlec of Central City. He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter Heather Myers.

A Private Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be 10:00 am on Thursday, February 11, 2021 at the Powell Funeral Home in Williamsburg. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at the Powell Funeral Home. Messages and tributes may be left at www.powellfuneralhomes.com.
