Cindy Jo Peiffer was born March 7, 1963 in Washington, Iowa, the daughter of Gary and Johnette (Durst) Peiffer. She graduated from Keota High School in 1981. She graduated from Kirkwood Community College. She was currently living in Tempe, Arizona where she worked as a personal assistant. Cindy died suddenly on Monday, November 22, 2010 in Tempe, Arizona at the age of 47 years. Cindy is survived by two daughters - Teryn Waechter of Coralville and Kylie Stoltenberg of Tempe, AZ ; her mother - Johnette Criss of Coralville; her father -- Gary Peiffer (Donna Ulferts) of Wellman; a brother - Russ Peiffer (Theresa) of Gurnee, IL; and four sisters - Janet Deehring of Tempe, AZ, Deb Roush of Washington, Shelli Hahn of Shawano, WI, and Pam Peiffer (Larry Redlinger) of Kalona. She had several loving nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 27, 2010 at the Powell Funeral Home in Wellman. Rev. Rich Adam will officiate. The family will greet friends from 10:00 a.m. until service time on Saturday at the Funeral Home.
