WELLMAN - Bobbie Jean Milford was born July 13, 1978, the daughter of Robert and Betty (Trimble) Milford. She attended Keota High School and obtained her GED through Kirkwood Community College. She was a colorful, free spirit who was a kid at heart, especially when she was around children. She enjoyed rock collecting, making photo albums, sharing memories, and spending time with loved ones. It was a rare occasion to see her without her fur babies, Miss and Trucker. Bobbie died on Monday, July 1, 2019 near Rose Hill.
Bobbie is survived by 4 children: Damean (fiancé, Hope Cline) Wenman of Brooklyn, Blade Milford of Ottumwa, Rylee Bringman of Ottumwa, and Mystic Bringman of Des Moines; her father, Robert Milford of Wellman, her mother, Betty Milford of Delta; 3 sisters: Brenda (Jamie Flynn) Milford of Washington, Barbara (Curt) Miller of Oskaloosa, and Brandy (Zac) Vanderpol of Ottumwa; a brother, Robert (Kim Smith) Milford Jr of Mexico, MO; 8 nieces and nephews: Amber Dittrich, Kayla Miller, Dustin Dittrich, Curtis Miller Jr., Kaleb Miller, Aidan Milford, Braxton Milford, and Carver Lemke; 4 great nieces and nephews: Bailey Sams, Blaine Sams, Lukas Dittrich, and Greyson Dittrich; and 2 in-laws: Tracy Milford of Delta and "Fat" Nick Dittrich of Washington.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, maternal grandparents, and nephew James Miller.
Visitation will be held for 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM on Tuesday, July 9, 2019 at the Powell Funeral Home in Wellman followed by a time of sharing memories at 2:00 PM. A general memorial fund has been established.
